No. Bulletin boards and the Internet are known to harbor many computer viruses and are one of the primary means by which viruses are disseminated. In general it is a good idea to avoid any bulletin boards that allow the downloading of copyright protected software. One should not assume that the bulletin board operator’s morality about viruses is any better than about copyright violations.
