Are BTEC National Diplomas worth it?

0

BTEC National Diplomas, especially in creative subjects like Art, are 100% practical and no exams, which sounds like it would be ideal for you. BTEC ND’s are recognised A-level equivalents – an ND is worth 3 A-levels! It gets just the same UCAS point for uni and everything too. I’m intelligent etc but not overly academic and I am doing BTEC ND Media at the moment and absolutely love it. As you say you aren’t academic, BTEC is far better for you than A-levels – A’s are very academic and involve exams and lots and lots of writing. In BTEC, you are doing practical stuff most of the time, and it’s great. From what you’ve said, I reckon BTEC would be ideal for you.
