Are Broadway theaters only in New York ?
Yes, the “Broadway” theaters aren’t necessarily on Broadway anymore, though as far as I know all of them are concentrated in the midtown area called the “Theater District”. But I don’t think they get to be called Broadway until they actually open in a “Broadway Theater”.
