Yes. Students are required to sign a two–semester Residential Rental Agreement. This legally binding contract requires acknowledgement of responsibility for payment for both fall and spring semesters regardless of withdrawal or dismissal from the Bridge to Clemson Program. Highpointe also requires a Parental/Sponsor Guaranty.
