As you grow older, your skin begins to lose its elasticity, you may gain weight, and the amount of your natural breast tissue shrinks. Breast implants can add some weight to the breast, and this may increase the amount of sagging. That said, breast implants and the surrounding scar tissue can also provide some internal support for your breasts, which actually controls sagging. Avoid sagging by wearing a properly fitting bra.
