Occasionally, bonuses are not even deducted from MGR (MGR stands for Monthly Gross Revenue and is a measure of the amount of rake attributed to players). There are a lot of sites that do not allow rakeback, however these same sites frequently offer VIP Bonuses or reload bonuses to frequent players.
