Yes Bolivar and Crystal Beach are open. The homes and businesses on Bolivar are heavily damaged but the beaches are open. If you go to Bolivar take everything you need for the day with you. Most of the Resturants and Hotels on Galveston Island are open for business and they would love to see you. Have fun!
