Are Body Firsts services aimed at men or women?
Body First products and services are aimed at women however men are welcome to join. In addition to providing a tailored exercise program for members, Body First is the first business of its kind to select and sell fitness products which have been chosen specifically for women. Women’s bodies and lifestyles are different to men so this must be taken into consideration when purchasing exercise equipment or beginning a fitness regime.
