The Pearland Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to use the photographs in printed materials and websites promoting regional tourism without compensation to the photographer or the subjects. Your entry to the contest constitutes your agreement to allow your photographs to be: • Published on the Pearland Chamber of Commerce websites (including, but not limited to, www.VisitPearlandTexas.com and www.PearlandTexasChamber.com) • Displayed at The Commerce Center, located at 6117 Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581 • Used in print publications of the Pearland Chamber of Commerce including but not limited to, Destination Marketing newsletters, state and national magazine advertisements, and Visitors Guides. • Used in connection with limited promotional use including, but not limited to, posters and other materials marketing the competition.
