Are biracial women included when they do statistics on “black women” and black related issues?

I believe biracial women are included in the statistics for black related issues. In my experience, when I’ve heard people talk down about blacks, they lumped in everyone; light skinned/biracial/dark. It sucks but it’s true. I’ve never heard of anyone making a distinction to exclude someone when making horrible remarks when it comes to any race anyways.
