Are Biotin vitamin vegan?

Well, it’s good for your skin and hair. Biotin is necessary for cell growth, the production of fatty acids, and the metabolism of fats and amino acids. Biotin is also helpful in maintaining a steady blood sugar level. The best natural sources of biotin in human nutrition are liver, legume, soybeans, Swiss chard, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and carrots. This includes almonds, eggs, onions, cabbage, cucumber, cauliflower, goat’s milk, cow’s milk, raspberries, strawberries, halibut, oats, and walnuts. Seeing as you are vegan, you would take out the eggs, milk, and halibut, and liver, but you still have alot to choose from. I don’t think biotin comes from animals. i think it’s genetically engineered. I personally take biotin for my hair and skin, along with a B-12 vitamin.
