By law (Dietary Supplements Health and Education Act, Oct 1994) the FDA does not approve or disapprove dietary supplements. They do however, closely monitor dietary supplement label claims. Biosyntrx formulations do not contain nutrients that exceed the Institute of Medicines (IOM) published upper-limit safety levels.
