No. BiobiNs initiate the composting process and create a greater breakdown rate than other systems, leading to a reduction in bin pickups (less carbon emission). Depending on how quickly the material is added and the speed of decomposition, it is possible to process much more than the volume of the bin within a pickup cycle. This is because the material takes up less volume as the composting process advances.
