Are bikes supplied assembled or boxed?
All BMX bikes supplied mailorder are boxed. This generally means that the bikes are about 80% pre-assembled. We can fully assemble bikes for in store collections for a 10 service charge. Which couriers do you use? Small items are sent by First Class Post, larger items and complete bikes are sent by ParcelForce 24 hour or DHL. Therefore, most items are delivered next day. However, as with all couriers, delays may occur. What will the postage charge be? Most orders posted within the UK are sent FREE OF CHARGE. (Orders to the Highlands of Scotland and offshore may cost more.) We will confirm postage costs of international orders by email and wait for your reply before the order is dispatched. Do your prices include VAT? All of our prices include VAT at the standard UK rate of 20%. Can I Return my items(s)?
