I wouldn’t say totally responsible. But they are marketed as being something for younger drinkers (though by this I mean younger LEGAL drinkers as aiming alcohol advertising at those underage is illegal) and the fact that they originated from alcoholic lemonade is also a factor in their appeal to the young HOWEVER, underage drinkers would just drink something else if they couldn’t get alcopops.
