This depends on the development you have chosen to build your custom-built dream home. In many subdivisions, you are allowed two out-buildings per tract, in addition to your main residence. They can be used as barns, workshops, unattached garages, pool houses, mother-in-laws quarters, green houses etc. Please refer to your restrictions or ask one of our Associates to be certain.
