Are Barbara Personnel services costly?
In recent years, we have had no fixed rates or price list. This method of operation allows us to work directly within the client’s budget and enables us to provide better people at the best possible quality-price ratio. So to answer your question, is it costly, taking into consideration that we recruit, select, evaluate and pay the employee, the answer is no! The client has only to pay for the hours worked. To what extent is a client responsible for a temporary employee hired through Barbara Personnel? Any individual given a temporary assignment is under our full responsibility. We are his sole employer. In other words, we are the ones who pay out the employee’s weekly salary, the 4% vacation benefits and the statutory holidays. We take care of payroll deductions such as employment insurance, Canada Pension Plan, WSIB and the health tax. We will even process garnishees, dismissals and records of employment.
