Are bankcard holders expected to enter their information into the Commerce Purchase Card System (CPCS) on a daily basis?

Cardholders will be required to keep a Purchase Card ordering log of all transactions in accordance with the Commerce Administrative Manual. Each item listed on the Purchase Card ordering log must be described in enough detail so that it may be easily recognized. Approving officials will encourage cardholders to update information daily. Also, users will have the option of assigning one person to take responsibility for a group of cardholders and enter their information for them. Either way, cardholders will still get the same monthly statement that they currently receive, so they will have to enter their accounting information monthly at the very least. NOTE: In order for the data in the Portal to be up to date, users will need to enter accounting information into CPCS in a timely manner.
