No. However, BAH-Diff payments are considered part of Total Military Compensation. For purposes of completing the RIRP Eligibility Verification Form (DD Form 2919), BAH-Diff payments should be reflected as special pay in section: 12. STEP III – OTHER MONTHLY PAYS (Approximation), line k. OTHER (Specify).
