Are ASPPA conference registrations refundable or transferrable?
If a written request for cancellation is received by the last day of regular registration, the full registration fee will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee. After the last day of regular registration, registrations are not refundable, but can be transferred to another individual at any time, even on-site. No refunds will be made for no-shows. E-mail conferences@asppa.org to request a refund or to make changes to your registration.
