Are ASHRAE eLearning courses accepted for PDHs by all states?

Our eLearning courses are recognized for Professional Development by most states. It is important that you check with your specific State Board of Professional Engineers to review any additional, special requirements. For example, the New York State Education Department (NYSED) does accept these courses under the category of “Other Educational Activities.” However, of the current 36 hours required to maintain a NY license, only 18 hours can be reported from “Other Educational Activities.” Fundamentals of HVAC Systems, its related short courses, and Fundamentals of Standard 90.1 have been submitted for NY approval. NY acceptance is expected by end of November. Forthcoming courses are routinely submitted for approval upon release.
