Of course, there are certainly real people with those names, and some of them even appear on various websites around the Internet, such as this site about a real man named Asakawa Kazuyuki, or this site about a real girl named Samara Morgan. However, apart from the name, these people have absolutely nothing to do with their homonymous characters from the various incarnations of the Ring.
