Yes, architectural paints and coatings contained in aerosol containers are included in the MHSW Program. Automotive paint is excluded. For more information, please refer to the Guidebook 1: Stewards’ Overview of Ontario’s Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste Program, Page 20. 2) Please also see question 13 under stewards.
