Are arbitration and mediation services free?
Although we exhaust every effort to satisfy our clients, we will utilize arbitration and mediation services in those instances where a resolution has not been achieved. Costs for arbitration and mediation services are based on the award of the prevailing party and can be costly depending on circumstance. We encourage a healthy and long term relationship with our clients and will work to resolve issues to avoid further action.
