Yes. Applications must be submitted electronically at www.grants.gov. Electronic applications will be considered as having met the deadline if the application has been successfully made available to CDC for processing from Grants.gov on July 15, 2011, 5:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time. Applicants can complete the application package off-line, and then upload and submit the application via the Grants.gov Web site. The applicant must submit all application attachments using a PDF file format when submitting via Grants.gov. Directions for creating PDF files can be found on the Grants.gov Web site. If the applicant encounters technical difficulties with Grants.gov, the applicant should contact Grants.gov Customer Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of all Federal Holidays. You can reach the Grants.gov Support Center at 1-800-518-4726 or by e-mail at support@grants.gov. Submissions sent by e-mail, fax, CD’s or thumb drives of applications will not be accepted.
