Kim Green: I have heard people talk about actually beginning some programs. Oklahoma did some of this where in the middle school years they do a career exploration where they might rotate through a series of lessons or sequenced courses at the middle school level where they’re exposed to a different career cluster. And then they will make an initial choosing of their broad program area in the 9th grade. And then over time be more specific about the occupational choice or career pathway in the latter years of high school that transition into community college. There are also some programs in Tennessee where actually they do a four-plus-two, but they condense it in four years, where the students cross the high school graduation and associates degree line at the same time.
