Are any of the on-site courses taught online?
We are in a continual process of developing courses to be conducted online. Some of the on-site courses will also be offered as online courses. Additionally, there will be new courses which may only be offered online. TopWhat is the difference between mentored and non-mentored online courses? A mentored course involves interaction between the instructor and students. Generally, interaction occurs via online discussion boards, e-mail messages, and the submission and review of assignments. Mentored courses have set course start and end dates as well as specific deadlines for assignments. Students are expected to progress through material and complete assignments at a similar pace to allow for more interaction among students and instructor. Non-mentored online courses, while developed by an instructor, do not involve interaction with the instructor. The student follows set instructions to cover material on their own at their own pace.
