Are any of the JUVELA products suitable for a gluten and dairy free diet?
A. Yes, we do have some products within the range which are gluten and dairy free. These include: Harvest Mix – a multi-purpose baking mix which is suitable for making bread, cakes, pastry and biscuits, as well as thickening soups and sauces. Crispbread – similar in style to a Ryvita. Their crunchy texture and delicious nutty flavour makes them suitable for sweet and savoury toppings. Sweet Biscuits – a rich vanilla shortbread style biscuit – an ideal accompaniment with a cup of tea or coffee. Pasta Range – available in 3 varieties: Spaghetti, Fusilli, and Macaroni.
