Yes. As part of Experian’s maintenance processing, the file is matched against an “invalid names” table. This process eliminates vulgar words, etc. There is also a business rule that states a Last Name needs to contain 2 or more letters to be considered valid. Experian also maintains an in-house pander file consisting of consumer requests made directly to Experian to remove their name. These names are excluded from the data file supplied.
