There are no penalties for an owner or nominator who was not a member of the AQHA and the KyQHA at the time points are earned. The KyQHA will notify every potential recipient when an award is earned. They may join the AQHA and KyQHA at that time and checks will be released. There are no other registrations or fees required. KyQHA membership forms ($15 annual) can be downloaded from its website.
