A one year nationally-accredited sports medicine fellowship is affiliated with the UW Department of Family Medicine. Many of the graduates of the sports medicine department are also graduates of the UW Family Medicine residency, though this is not exclusively the case. The fellowship accepts 1 trainee per year.
