HB 472 excludes governmental entities, workers’ compensation self-insurance groups, and processing agents meeting certain conditions. Twenty exemptions are specifically listed in §4151.002. A person meeting any of these named exemptions is not required to comply with the provisions of HB 472 and the current administrator rules. (Note: Chapter 4151 exempts certain specified parties from its provisions.
