Are any codes (CPT or ICD) pre-loaded in the software?
Because every provider can use different codes, we did not load InstaClaim with any codes. This would make it difficult to find codes unique to your own specialty. You get to start with a clean slate instead of wasting time deleting codes that you never use. However, you can use the import function to import your own code list from a csv file. We are also adding specialty code list ASCII Files that you can purchase in the store.
