Answer Absolutly, However anti depression medications are only effective if sober, if you do drugs with them its defeating the purpose, Most chemical drugs release the “natural happy chemicals” your body produces, anti depressants only regulate it to make sure you have the correct balance, i was addicted to heroin/oxycondone for along time it took almost 6 years to find the right composition of meds to work, be patient (i know what it feels like alot easier said than done) you need to give your body time to regenerate the chemicals that youve been draining with drugs.
