Not in my opinion. All prescription medications carry the risk of side-effects (unwanted but not dangerous drug effects such as dry mouth) and adverse effects (potentially life-threatening effects such as serious allergy). If use is properly supervised, both the antidepressants and stimulants are equally as safe.
