Are animals allowed in pubs serving food?

Well in the village yes many dogs are in pubs that served food which shows it depends on where you live. My ex lived in a village in Derbyshire, very countryside. Almost everybody has dogs and every pub we went into (we used to pub crawls) there was always at least ONE dog in there. I remember this because Im a great animal lover, so id always go and pat the dog. I think its more accepted but i dont think for city.town pubs they would be more strict.

by law only guide dogs are allowed in any pub serving food or not as beer is classed as food, but it all depends on the landlord i have worked in pubs for years and alot of landlords turn a blind eye.

Dogs certainly are not allowed to serve food in pubs. Not only is there a hygiene issue but their paws are simply not able to hold plates.

It is completely up to the owner. I had a pub dinner just yesterday and my pet dog was allowed in with no problems.
