Are Americans (individuals, businesses, corporations, government) greedier than people in other countries?”

But no more than others. In our prayers this morning, a couple of the guys were discussing driving in Mexico (by way of their “stop” sign being weird.) One guy said that a truck was completely blocking the “ALTO” sign so he blew thru it and a Tijuana policeman flagged him down. Thru-out the entire conversation of “what sign” “that sign”, the cop had his hand in his shirt. A passerby finally yelled out to my friend, the driver, that the cop didn’t have an itch on his chest but that he should pay the guy to let him go. Another buy there topped that with portable “ALTO” signs. So, yes, we Americans are greedy, but I don’t think we’re nearly as inventive as others.
