…for example is Exxon USA fraudulently against their stockholders knowledge-giving monies meant for higher returns-to EXXON CHINA?It seems that all stockholders get these days are an attaboy and no return on their monies-I read how CEO’s are creating ballooned golden parachutes for themselves while the stockholders are left holding the bag-Michael Eisner at Disney being the most guilty.
