Are all Web sites and businesses eligible to become APC affiliates?
We’d like everyone to join our affiliate program; however, there are cases where we must disallow certain sites to participate in our Affiliate Program. We evaluate all affiliate applications and notifies each applicant of acceptance or rejection. We may reject any affiliate application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a site is unsuitable for the Program.
