Are all warranties on shrink wrapping equipment the same?
NO! A guarantee is only ever as good as the vendor who supplies it and this can vary widely from vendor to vendor. Also, ensure any warranty includes parts and labour which surprisingly is not always the case. YPS has four directly employed service engineers on the road which means that should there ever be a need to call upon a warranty you can be assured of a FAST response typically same or next day. This is a key requirement when considering a machine supplier because you will have bought a machine to do a specific job and so if it does break down for what ever reason you do not want your production stopped waiting for either a spare part or an engineer.
