Are all types of bequest provisions recognized for the two recognition societies?

0

General, specific, and residual bequest provisions to the Foundation are recognized for membership in the recognition societies. A contingent bequest provision is recognized only if it is contingent upon your spouse predeceasing you and the spouse has the same contingent bequest in his or her will. If the contingent provision depends upon any other family member (parent, child, etc.) predeceasing you, the bequest provision does not count for membership.
