No. To the best of EID s knowledge, ALL the companies listed in this site comply with at least the basic rules, regulations, and standards as set out in the relevant insurance standards laws, standards, and codes of conduct. The Financial Services Authority (FSA) will be taking over the regulation of general insurance and mortgages from January 2005. All insurance firms will have to abide by the new FSA regulations from that point.
