Yes. Our code is based directly on the IEEE 802.1x specification (EAPOL & 802.1x) and RFCs 2284 (EAP), 2865 and 2866 (RADIUS). In addition, for sending the EAPOL-KEY packet we have based our work on the IEEE 802.1x specification, RFC 2548 (Microsoft specific RADIUS attributes, for MS-MPPE keys), and a Microsoft document that describes how the EAPOL-KEY packets are expected by the Windows XP supplicant.
