Are all the articles in CISTI Source available for document delivery?
No. You can only order the articles that state that they are available from the CISTI library. Approximately 90% of the scientific and technical articles found in CISTI Source are available from the CISTI library and thus, available for ordering. Articles that are in the CISTI Source databse but not in the CISTI library can be ordered through Interlibrary Loan. How long will it take to get my journal article? Most orders are filled within 48 hours. If for some reason CISTI cannot fill your order, you will be notified. Please contact the Interlibrary Loans Office (ext. 3195 or 3192) for RUSH orders. How are the articles delivered? You will receive your articles through inter-office mail. What is the cost of ordering documents of interest?
