Most are, but a few are not. We do not buy second position notes. Some awards or annuities may be “non-assignable”. We will need to evaluate them on a case by case basis. We do not buy notes on mobile homes without land. We do not purchase workman’s compensation awards, Social Security payments, divorce court judgements or retirement plans/IRA’s. Please note, we do not buy real estate properties.
