Are all SISC members eligible for Health Smarts programs?
Health Smarts is generally available only to participants in the SISC PPO medical plans¾SISC members, including retirees and COBRA participants, and their covered dependents. SISC members who are enrolled in HMOs have health assessments and health improvement programs available directly through their HMO. There are some limitations on the availability of Health Smarts for dependent children.
