Are all properties surveyed before purchased?
There is a law in place that ensures all new properties are surveyed, this is done at ever stage of construction e.g. all horizontal and vertical supports are checked for consistency of the concrete, amount of iron reinforcements in the supports. Aegean Heavenly Homes will only show you properties built by a reputable builder. This is where our local knowledge is invaluable as we only use good reliable builders, who pay their taxes, and their bills, so that any property you purchase will have no debts attached.
