Are all patients of Zenith Medical Center required to maintain annual membership on the Zenith patient portal, and if so why?
Yes all Zenith Medical patients are required to maintain annual membership to the Zenith Portal. Zenith Medical Center is unique in its ability to use Elite Health’s technology to improve our patients experience. The Zenith portal provides patients with the ability to schedule appointments, request medication refills, manage their own personal health records such as lab results, x-ray images, discharge reports, etc., in an online document management system which also features vitals/lab result tracking, medical history management and a self upload feature within the document manager. The Zenith Portal also allows patients to schedule eConsultations via online medical consultation system as an alternative to visiting the doctor’s office for routine and follow-up appointments. It also free-up office time, which in return creates a hassle-free work day and environment.
