Are all parts 100% tested?
Yes, every part is 100% tested on the parameter that is most critical to that part. This is usually determined by the customer’s specifications. Many times, more than one parameter will be 100% tested but we will always 100% test at least one parameter. Example-1: If the customer specifies a frequency of 1 MHz 2% then we would 100% test this frequency. Example-2: If the customer specifies a capacitance of 3000 pF 5%, the we would 100% test this capacitance.
