Are all of the residence halls open during University break periods (Thanksgiving, Winter break, Spring break) for freshmen?

The University Village, Powhatan Village, Whitehurst, and Nusbaum will be open during University break periods. All other residence halls will close during those breaks. Students will not be required to move all of their belongings out of the residence halls during this period; however they will not be allowed to live there.
